Simpsons Property Maintenance is aimed at all commercial and private property maintenance services.
We value the sense of achievement derived from not only providing the highest quality workmanship but also from enhancing the aesthetic appearance and environmental health and well being of our clients sites. This would include:
* Cleaning and maintenance work on behalf of the property management companies for the Ballymun Neighbourhood Centres (Poppintree, Coultry and Shangan). These centres comprise of private residential apartments, retail units and associated community offices and creches. The neighbourhood centre property management companies are directly controlled by Ballymun Regeneration Ltd which is wholly owned by Dublin City Council.
* Ballymun Plaza Hotel which is a newly established 4* hotel with 130 suites, conference and function halls.
* Turks Head Bar Bistro and Night Club, in Dublins Temple Bar.
* The Paramount Hotel also located Temple Bar.
* We are also involved and responsible with the maintenance, overall appearance and up-keep of Hail Housing Properties, which are based on the northside of the city.
* Maintenance and Cleaning Services are carried out on all of the above premises by the company on a daily basis.
